The process begins with an initial in-person meeting with the prospective investor, during which we identify and record all the functional requirements that the new industrial facility must meet. We then present our company’s techno-economic proposal.

This proposal includes the architectural presentation of the building shell and the surrounding area, along with a detailed breakdown of all works to be carried out, including the building permit and the operating license.

We undertake the design and construction of all categories of industrial buildings, including industrial facilities, warehouses, modern logistics centers, special-purpose buildings, multi-storey steel office buildings, vehicle inspection centers (KTEO), and more.

We provide a one-stop-shop solution for the design, permitting, construction, and operating licensing of industrial buildings.

The licensing process typically takes around 1–2 months, while the construction of buildings up to 3,000 sq.m. is usually completed within 4 months.

For the construction of the shell of new industrial buildings, we use lightweight steel structural elements with high thermal insulation performance and distinct architectural design features.

All construction processes are carried out under the strict supervision of an independent, certified quality control body acting on behalf of our company.

This department oversees on-site safety in accordance with labor legislation, the hygienic and environmental management of construction materials, and the proper implementation of all construction works — both in quantitative and qualitative terms — in full compliance with the specifications of the New Building Regulation (N.O.K.), Eurocodes, and all other regulations governing building construction.

Our architectural proposal is unique to each client and is tailored exclusively to their specific functional and aesthetic needs.

Our techno-economic proposal is based on the architectural concept presented to the client and includes a detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis of all works to be carried out.
